As a Director of Food & Beverage, he has been responsible for large, multi-outlet operations, overseeing teams, driving revenue performance, and ensuring service standards at the highest level. His experience spans both operational leadership and strategic oversight, with a particular focus on translating standards into consistent delivery across teams and environments.
Through his career, Helio has worked closely with senior leadership, owners, and stakeholders, contributing to decision-making across operations, guest experience, and commercial strategy.
